Position Overview
We are currently hiring a part-time evening cleaner to support cleaning operations at commercial facilities in the Medina area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Schedule & Pay
- Monday - Friday evenings
- Wadsworth area
- $15 per hour
- Number of hires: 1 (Hiring Immediately)
- Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and common areas
- Perform trash removal and restocking of supplies
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed
- Follow site-specific cleaning procedures
Work Environment
This position services a mix of commercial buildings and office spaces, either independently or as part of a small team.

- New employees are eligible for a $100 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of their first 30 days of employment. The bonus will be paid on the first regular payday following the 30-day employment anniversary, provided the employee meets all of the following criteria:
- Maintains perfect attendance during the first 30 days (no unexcused absences or no-call/no-shows)
- Completes all required training within the initial 30-day period
- Remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout
Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the sign-on bonus. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this bonus program at any time.
