- Send client weekly updates and address concerns.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
- Utilize Outlook Calendar for scheduling and organizing meetings effectively.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Assist in event planning by coordinating logistics and managing guest lists.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience in office management practices and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook Calendar, Google Suite applications, and DocuSign.
- Ability to type efficiently with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent event planning capabilities with a focus on detail-oriented execution.
