The Evoke Agency is seeking an Executive Assistant & Content Creator to support the founder's daily operations while enhancing visibility across various media platforms. The role involves content creation, podcast support, and executive assistance, with a focus on social media and media production.
Responsibilities
- Film, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Capture day-to-day content including meetings, travel, events, and lifestyle moments
- Manage and produce content
- Research, outreach, and scheduling of podcast guests
- Coordinate podcast recordings and production logistics
- Secure guest appearances on aligned podcasts and media platforms
- Coordinate with publicist and PR partners
- Draft articles and editorial-style content
- Assist in coordinating the build-out and launch of a new website
- Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics
- Support administrative needs and project coordination across initiatives
Skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Skilled in short-form video creation and social media editing
- Strong communicator and writer
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to travel and adapt to a dynamic schedule
