Executive Assistant (Remote, Part-Time: 5–10 hrs/week) – Confidential Company
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our company owner. This remote, part-time role serves as a central hub for information, operations, and team coordination, ensuring the executive’s time is optimized for strategic priorities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Information Management: Serve as the primary gateway for company news, team updates, and industry trends.
- Calendar Oversight: Own and manage the executive’s calendar, prioritize meetings, eliminate conflicts, and coordinate high-value engagements.
- Virtual Assistant Supervision: Oversee an international Virtual Assistant for travel, email, and routine calendar tasks.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain secure filing and timely execution of documents, forms, and audits.
- Vendor & Process Management: Negotiate rates, streamline systems, and automate workflows to save time and reduce costs.
