We're seeking experienced Card Customer Service Advisors to join our remote team in Louisville, KY, Omaha, NE, Tulsa, OK, and Birmingham, AL. As a Card Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries and problems, and delivering personalized solutions to meet our customers' unique needs. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems
- Research, analyze, and provide solutions that meet the customer's needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems on first contact
- Provide customers with account information
- Resolve or refer billing disputes
- Correct payment errors
- Revise fee and finance charges as appropriate
- Account maintenance
- Take card, check, or other orders
- Act on lost or stolen cards/checks
- Research customer problems that could not be resolved during the initial contact
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- Good knowledge of concepts, practices, policies, and procedures of banking products and services
- Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
