As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating communications with customers via various methods of contact, including telephone, email, or instant message through certain platforms.
  • Learning and utilizing call scripts to maintain guided control of the conversation and responding to customer situations with empathy.
  • Learning the business and prioritizing the most urgent customer calls.
