- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide world-class service and support. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and becoming a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong product knowledge and analytical skills
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
