As a Customer Service Representative in our Augusta, ME location, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving service department efficiency. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance appointments across seven locations, providing top-tier customer service, and acting as a key communication point between customers, technicians, and the service manager.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Compiling and organizing customer lists, grouping by geographic area
- Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and promote services
- Managing incoming customer inquiries and providing excellent customer support
- Optimizing technician schedules across seven locations to ensure efficiency
- Upselling maintenance plans, products, and additional services
- Acting as the primary contact for technicians, directing them as needed
- Working directly with the service manager to ensure smooth operations
- *Qualifications & Skills**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules across multiple locations
- Experience with scheduling software (ServiceTitan or similar preferred)
- Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical customer service is a plus
- Ability to upsell services and build strong customer relationships
