We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glenview, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge of products and services to offer recommendations and suggestions to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability to work overnights, including weekends and holidays

- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Knowledge of products and services offered by arenaflex
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment with a high volume of calls
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
