As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our providers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our providers receive the best possible service, and you'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our company values and mission.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Respond to phone calls and live chats from providers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to providers regarding claims, payments, clinical authorizations, EOBs, and behavioral health services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure that our providers receive the best possible service
  • Utilize our CRM system to track and manage provider interactions, ensuring that all issues are resolved and follow-up actions are taken
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other technology systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
