- *The Role**
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business clients by providing them with actionable insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Product, Data Science, and other teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise will be essential in helping us understand our customers' behavior, preferences, and needs, and in developing strategies to drive business growth.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to real-time data and insights
- Perform in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of various drivers and factors
- Define and investigate audience segments to drive business growth
- Work with other Examination groups to gather and integrate data from various sources, creating a comprehensive and actionable story
- Develop and maintain complex data models, using tools such as R, Python, SAS, and SQL
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, including machine learning and AI
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Proven experience with R, Python, SAS, or other data analysis tools, as well as SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies
- Ability to work with large datasets, identifying patterns and trends, and using multiple data sources and tools
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story with data and present findings to stakeholders
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
- Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation tools, such as Optimizely or VWO
