About the Role We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Senior CSM, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining proactive relationships with our clients across your Book of Business. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risk, maximizing client ROI, and solidifying ongoing success. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain proactive relationships with clients across your Book of Business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Proactively identify and mitigate risk while maximizing client ROI and value realization, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes. Solidify ongoing success by shepherding clients through their journey, capturing strategic-level goals, and providing necessary results for value realization. Identify and validate expansion opportunities to support organizational growth objectives, effectively building and maintaining relationships within all levels of the client organization. Proactively manage renewals, contracts, and follow-through on associated activities, ensuring seamless continuity and growth. Articulate value-forward product solutions to achieve business objectives, leading client meetings, presenting data, and highlighting value to facilitate progress, both virtually and in-person. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Product functionality, upcoming releases, and communicate client needs and product enhancement ideas to the Product Team, ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer needs. Cross-reference usage reports, health metrics, and system data to identify risk and actionable next steps, leveraging data-driven insights to inform your strategy. Successfully facilitate clients through the Tier 1 Client Journey, inclusive of outlined milestones, and own strategic alignment, creating client-specific success plans. Consult and advise on best practices to ensure value realization, sharing your expertise to drive customer success and growth. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 4+ years of experience in a SaaS Client Success role, responsible for achieving net and gross retention goals, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth. Proven experience working with high-touch customers in a strategic role, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Experience executing strategic client engagement and driving successful outcomes, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the client organization. Functional understanding of SLDC, systems management, and connectivity of multiple systems and data workflows, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive customer success. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience illustrating client ROI alongside progressive success journey, with a strong ability to communicate value and drive business outcomes. History of managing multiple enterprise clients with minimal oversight, and prioritizing multiple workstreams, with a strong ability to manage complexity and drive results. Ability to travel up to 25% for client and company activities, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the FinTech industry, with a deep understanding of AI-driven spend management and risk mitigation solutions. Knowledge of Eastern Time Zone business operations, with experience working with clients in the EU or other global regions. Strong understanding of data-driven insights and analytics, with the ability to leverage data to inform your strategy and drive customer success. Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Gainsight or Medallia, with a strong ability to leverage technology to drive customer success.
