- *The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work alongside software engineers and product managers to ideate, design, and implement data-driven solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and work with engineering groups throughout the development lifecycle to build data pipelines and analytics tools, including dashboards, indicators, and automated reports. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of foundational data models and boosting the productization of data insights
- Designing, constructing, and maintaining data pipelines to acquire, process, and analyze large and complex data sets from various sources, including user logging events, user behavior, and enterprise packages
- Collaborating with engineers during the development process to integrate data logging and reporting into product features
- Presenting insights to diverse sets of stakeholders across the organization
- Creating insightful statistical visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau to help stakeholders understand and act upon data
- *What We're Looking For**
- Experience leveraging statistical inference and machine learning knowledge to present actionable insights
- Hands-on experience constructing intuitive schemas and statistical models for net-scale datasets
- High talent in modern data science tech stack (e.g., Python, Spark, Square) and common data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to convey data insights to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
- A positive mindset that welcomes opportunities to offer and receive candid feedback
- Comfort with ambiguity; able to take ownership and thrive with minimal oversight and process
