As a Live Chat Agent – Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Working from home in a remote position, utilizing your own laptop or tablet
- Managing multiple tasks at once, adapting to different personalities, and providing excellent communication skills
