Loan Partner Opportunity
A top-producing Loan Officer is looking for a Loan Partner to work in our highly successful mortgage office. If you are a self-starter, an efficient multi-tasker, great with people, have a positive attitude, and love working, you might be the perfect fit. You do what you say you're going to do, and perfection isn't just a goalยitยs necessary.
Qualifications
The ideal experienced Mortgage Loan Partner will have:
ย At least three (3) years of current mortgage loan processing experience, including expertise in Conventional, FHA, VA, and automated underwriting (DU/DO).
ย Experience in:
ย Brokering loans to various lenders.
ย Calculating income and understanding tax returns.
ย Submitting loans to underwriting (investors), clearing conditions, and getting loans to closing.
ย Knowledge of:
ย GFE, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, required disclosures, and timeframes.
ย Calyx software and strong computer skills (preferred).
