Responsibilities
Β Deliver world-class customer service through in-person appointments to assess vehicle damage.

Β Inspect vehicles and prepare estimates of damage while monitoring repairs for customers/members.

Β Review documents and assist members in understanding their case files and the auto repair process.

Β Handle moderate to complex claims, including Total Loss cases.

Β Travel to field locations as necessary to complete job responsibilities.
Requirements
Β Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Β One year of experience in negotiating claim settlements, preparing estimates, and resolving coverage questions.

Β Completion of relevant insurance training programs or designations, such as the Insurance Institute of America's General Insurance Program or equivalent CPCU coursework.

Β Eligibility to acquire a State Adjuster's license within 90 days of hire, if required by state regulations.

Β Valid state driver's license and knowledge of Fair Trade Practices relating to claims.
