Summary
The Field Execution Representative is responsible for supporting the local sales teams in optimizing in-store execution of Picture of Success elements. Success in this role requires collaboration between all cross functional partners within the Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages framework.
Responsibilities
Β Demonstrate commitment to a safety culture by following established health and safety policies and procedures.
Β Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sales as appropriate for an account.
Β Improve Right Execution Daily (RED) and achieve Picture of Success (PiCOS) in all accounts to grow market share and develop employees.
Β Support local sampling events.
Β Generates new business leads and Coca-Cola Freestyle Leads.
Β Maintain company equipment assets, ensuring all equipment 100% Coca-Cola products.
Β Meet the companyΒs current merchandising standards.
Β Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel.
Β Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
Β Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending reaching, and kneeling.
Β Merchandising and organizing company and customer owned equipment.
Qualifications
Β Must be 18 years of age.
Β Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Β Must have a valid driver's license.
Β Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
Β Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
