- Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and business development
- Conduct financial needs analysis and fact-finding interviews
- Educate clients on retirement planning, life insurance, disability insurance, and investment options
- Support portfolio implementation including mutual funds and insurance products
- Maintain client relationship management (CRM) records
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- Participate in licensing preparation and professional development
- Deliver ongoing client service and relationship management
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance license
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer service (preferred)
- Active Life and Health Insurance license (preferred)
- Interest in securities licensing including Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, or Series 66 (preferred)
- Interest in Certified Financial Planner (CFP) track (preferred)
