Impact Financial is a fast-growing financial brokerage dedicated to helping families and business owners take control of their finances through education and long-term strategies. We specialize in investments, insurance, retirement plans (including 401(k)s), and mortgage solutions. Our advisors work 100% remotely, with full access to training, mentorship, and a proven business model. We're looking for driven individuals who want to build a business, not just work a job.
- What You’ll Do:
- Educate individuals, families, and small businesses on personal finance, retirement planning, and insurance
- Help clients with investments, debt management, and financial protection solutions
- Build a client base through marketing, networking, referrals, and social media
- Obtain state and federal licenses in insurance, investments, and mortgages (we provide training)
- Optionally build and lead a team of licensed financial professionals
- Participate in ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and weekly training

This is a primarily commission-based role with significant long-term income potential. It’s best suited for individuals looking to build a business in financial services with mentorship and flexibility. Licensing is required and close mentorship and guidance is provided through training and licensing process.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
