About the position
- Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement administrative operations involving accounts payable and purchasing across multiple pediatric divisions.
- Ensure correct functioning of MCW purchasing and accounts payables processing and/or business support services.
- Communicate purchasing and accounts payable policies to pediatric division personnel.
- Facilitate training and ensure compliance among staff responsible for purchasing and employee reimbursements.
- Conduct financial analysis and analyze P&L statements, preparing accurate and timely reports.
- Perform complex analysis, data manipulation, and report generation.
- Analyze monthly financial performance compared to budget expectations.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and provide financial interpretation, analysis, and market-based information.
- Oversee completion of special projects as assigned.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related area.
