Job Description
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support customers over the phone while preparing for a future in their Investor Centers. This role includes dedicated training to obtain necessary FINRA licenses and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Navigate the industry-leading training program while working from home and in an Investor Center
- Obtain FINRA licenses including SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 with paid study time and support
- Develop and hone skills while supporting customers with increasing complexity
- Participate in dedicated time for development activities and networking with colleagues
Skills

- Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment

- Successful completion of all exams for SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
