About the Role THE EGGLESTON LAW FIRM is dedicated to family law cases, including divorce, child support, child custody, and modifications/enforcements. This position will work remotely full-time. The Firm Administrator serves as the central point of coordination for staff, systems, policies, and day-to-day operations, working closely with firm leadership to support both employees and attorneys. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Management • Lead, manage, and support firm staff, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth • Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes • Ensure all team members have clear job descriptions, defined responsibilities, and measurable KPIs • Serve as a trusted resource for staff questions, concerns, and workplace issues Operations & Systems • Document, and oversee the implementation of the Firm’s core systems, including case intake, billing, payments, collections, client communications, and time tracking. • Develop and execute staff and system plans to support firm growth and performance • Evaluate and improve workflows, processes, and internal procedures Human Resources • Implement and maintain personnel policies and employee handbook • Manage employee benefits, payroll, and HR compliance in coordination with external providers • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and firm policies Strategic Support • Partner with firm leadership on staffing needs, organizational planning, and operational initiatives • Provide insights and recommendations to improve firm effectiveness and employee experience Qualifications • Prior experience in law firm administration, professional services management, or a similar role • Strong leadership and people-management skills • Working knowledge of HR practices, payroll, benefits, and employment policies • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information Benefits • 140k-165k Base Salary (commensurate with experience) • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement • Supportive and collaborative work environment • HSA & Copay Medical Plan Options • Dental, vision, life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance • 401(k) savings plan with employer matching • Generous paid time off Please include a cover letter and resume when applying.
