Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Flight Simulation Specialist. The role involves designing, developing, and running flight simulations to test and improve autonomous systems. Daily tasks include analyzing simulation data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating findings, and applying aviation knowledge to enhance simulation accuracy. The specialist will also contribute to supporting flight tests and ensuring the operational success of simulations.
- Qualifications
- Proficiency in Aircraft and Flight Test procedures
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting simulation data
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Knowledge of Flights and flight simulation systems
- Experience with autonomous systems and vehicle platforms is a plus
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a remote setting
