Job Description

I’m looking for a multi-store hospitality/QSR growth expert (think big chain playbooks) to help me increase customers, improve repeat visits, and build a scalable growth system across multiple locations. This is not a graphic design or “post on socials” role. I need someone who can look at the business like a chain does and tell me: What big chains do to drive traffic and frequency Whether I have the right products/offers How to structure promotions, loyalty, and local store marketing How to roll changes out across multiple stores consistently Business Context Multi-location donut/coffee business in Sydney POS data available via What I Need Help With 1) Growth strategy like a chain Customer acquisition plan (how to bring in new customers consistently) Repeat visit strategy (how to increase frequency and loyalty) Offer & promo strategy (bundles, limited drops, best “hero” offers) Product strategy (what to keep, what to simplify, what to feature) 2) Multi-store execution system A weekly/monthly promo calendar approach Local store marketing playbook (community, partnerships, local activations) How to train staff to upsell and increase basket size (simple scripts/systems) How to keep brand + offers consistent across stores 3) Practical recommendations I’m not looking for theory.
