Rate: Depends on experience
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR to leadership, providing clear direction on HR priorities
- Set up and implement end-to-end HR processes (policies, onboarding, performance management, compliance, etc.)
- Build and scale HR frameworks suited for startup environments
- Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- Establish HR compliance and best practices
- Identify gaps and proactively recommend solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage and improve HR operations and systems
- Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience working in 3–4 startup environments
- Strong ability to operate independently and influence leadership decisions
- Hands-on experience in building HR functions from scratch or scaling them
- Deep understanding of startup culture, agility, and fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to execute, not just strategize
