School Social Worker
Location: Detroit, MI
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Duration: Immediate start through mid-February
Caseload: Approximately 44 students
Bilingual Therapies is seeking a qualified School Social Worker to support a local school district in Detroit, MI. This is a full-time, onsite position with a manageable caseload and a collaborative work environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect social work services to students
- Support students' social-emotional and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
- Requirements:
- Valid Michigan School Social Worker (SSW) Certificate
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
