Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney
Salary: $150k-$170k/yr

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance policies, property damage claims, and the ability to represent clients in litigation and mediation processes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and coverage terms to provide legal opinions on claims
- Assist clients with 1st party and 3rd party coverage issues
- Negotiate settlements with claim adjusters and opposing parties
- Represent clients in litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances
- Mediate disputes between policyholders and insurers
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage
- Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law
- Strong understanding of property damage claims and relevant legal principles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven experience in litigation and mediation processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
