Google Ad Grants Specialist (Nonprofit) – Short-Term Contract, Remote
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 3–4 hours per week

The Artist Lives Gallery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving and sharing the creative legacy of artists, writers, and musicians who passed away without recognition during their lifetimes. We work directly with families to honor loved ones through storytelling and curated print sales that support both families and our mission.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads professional to audit, clean up, and optimize an existing Google Ad Grants account with a $10,000/month allowance.
The account is active but needs a proper setup, restructuring, and conversion-focused optimization. This is a short-term, clearly scoped contract, not an ongoing marketing role and not suitable for beginners.
- Primary goals:
- Story submissions (families submitting legacy stories)
- Print sales from our nonprofit shop
- Responsibilities
- Audit the existing Google Ad Grants account
- Clean up keywords, match types, search terms, and negative keywords
- Improve campaign structure and ad relevance
- Refresh and optimize Responsive Search Ads
- Ensure compliance with Google Ad Grants policies
- Review and verify conversion tracking for artist submissions and print sales
- Provide brief handoff documentation outlining:
- what was changed
- what to monitor weekly going forward
- Required Experience
- Hands-on experience working inside Google Ads accounts (not coursework only)
- Solid understanding of PPC fundamentals (keywords, match types, CTR, quality score)
- Experience with Google Ad Grants strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently within a limited time scope
This role is not suitable for beginners or those seeking training.
