Job Description
- Tracking & Implementation: Define and implement tracking requirements using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection across sites and apps.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify trends and drop-off points.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain automated reports and real-time dashboards in tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing page performance and overall site ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical data into clear, concise narratives for marketing, IT, and executive teams.
- Skills Needed
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) reporting, including creating and customizing dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML helpful for deep analysis and debugging.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Pixels, including tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA, and security tools like OneTrust helpful but not required
- Expertise in creating custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points.
- Familiarity with other Google tools, such as Google Search Console and Google Data Studio for a holistic view of website
