What you will do
The Government Account Manager will manage relationships with our government clients, federal, state and city, to drive sales and revenue. This is a remote position based in the US. If you enjoy managing accounts in the public sector, keep reading!
How you will do it
Β Generate sales, leads, identify opportunities within your account base for growth, and work to increase revenue from current accounts.
Β Ensure clients are fully aware of our solutions. Partner with Marketing to create leads
Β Cross sell and upsell an assigned installed base of customers.
Β Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending FM:Systems solutions. Work closely with your Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction.
Β Create a strong referral network from your assigned accounts
Β Expand current contract values through upselling additional software services
Β Forecasting and tracking Β Utilize Sales Force and work closely with the clients to forecast and track sales opportunities.
What we look for
Β Selling subscription based software, Saas and Haas
Β BachelorΒs degree or equivalent business experience
Β 5+ years of account management experience working with public sector clients
Β Technical aptitude working with software solutions
Β Relationship management and cross functional communications
Β Industries, Federal, State and local government experience
