- Experience in Database Engineering
- Knowledge of gRPC
- Knowledge of Event Sourcing
- Minimum of an Associate s degree and 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, OR 7 years of combined higher education and/or work experience including 5 years in systems analysis/app dev
- Proficiency with application development platforms and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication; experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Ability to multitask and manage complex projects
- Experience in recommending and implementing technical solutions
- Advanced understanding of integrated applications
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Action-oriented and proactive mindset
- Banking industry experience preferred
