- Responsibilities of Guest Room Specialist:
- The Guest Room Specialist foremost responsibility is to clean and sanitize the guest room and ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns in compliance with the hotel's goal of delivering excellent service while also boosting profits
- Complete cleaning tasks for designated guest rooms, which may include activities such as changing bedding, sanitizing restrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- Monitor the guest's request for linen, towels, and other amenities, and ensure they are filled up promptly
- Accomplish intensive sanitation tasks as necessary
- Make it a daily priority to keep the housekeeping cart fully supplied, well-maintained, and ready to transport cleaning supplies at any moment
- Eliminating trash and recyclables in a safe and effective way is crucial for reducing contamination and health hazards
- Qualification of Guest Room Specialist:
- High school graduate and attended skills training school.
- English literate to meet business needs.
- Good knowledge of housekeepings daily operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
