Project Overview
Allies (MyAllies Corp) is a healthcare billing and credentialing infrastructure company that helps independent doulas accept Medicaid and commercial insurance. We are a Delaware C corp currently enrolled as a group billing entity in New York and New Jersey, and we are expanding into four new states: Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, and Illinois.
We are looking for an experienced credentialing specialist to manage our group/organization Medicaid enrollment in all four states. This is a discrete project with a clear deliverable: submitted and confirmed group enrollment applications in each state.
What You Will Be Doing
- Complete and submit Medicaid group/organization enrollment applications in MD, DC, MA, and IL on behalf of Allies
- Navigate each state's provider enrollment portal (ePREP in MD, dcpdms.com in DC, MassHealth portal in MA, IMPACT in IL)
- Upload required documents and track application status through to confirmation
- Flag any application questions requiring organizational sign-off and route them to us promptly
- Maintain a simple status tracker updated weekly showing each state's application stage, submission date, confirmation number, and any outstanding items
What This Is Not
This role is for group/organization enrollment only. We are not looking for individual doula credentialing support. MCO contracting is out of scope for this engagement.
What We Will Provide
- Type 2 (organizational) NPI
- EIN and Delaware certificate of good standing
- Virtual office addresses for each state
- Authorized signatory availability for anything requiring a signature
- Any additional organizational documents needed per state
Who We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated experience completing Medicaid group or organization provider enrollment applications, not just individual provider credentialing
- Familiarity with at least two of the four target states: Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, Illinois
- Comfortable working independently with minimal back and forth
- Detail oriented with a track record of clean submissions that do not come back with avoidable errors
Deliverables
- Submitted application with confirmation in each of the four states
- Login credentials and portal access details for each state handed off to Allies upon completion
- Weekly status tracker throughout the engagement
Engagement Type
Fixed price or per-application rate preferred. Please include in your proposal: your experience with each of the four states, your proposed rate, and your estimated timeline to have all four applications submitted.
