This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a HEOR Associate Director - REMOTE. In this role, you will take the lead in developing comprehensive health economics and outcomes research strategies, playing a crucial part in improving product access and value proposition in various stages of the product lifecycle. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with health authorities and payers. Collaborating closely with medical, commercial, and access colleagues, you will ensure that the necessary evidence is generated to effectively communicate product benefits. - Responsibilities
- Represent HEOR function in Medical Strategy Teams to develop integrated evidence plans (IEPs).
- Proactively generate and communicate evidence to optimize patient access and product value.
- Ensure all research is conducted with a high level of scientific rigor.
- Publish and present research accomplishments at scientific conferences and forums.
- Effectively partner with internal stakeholders to generate robust HEOR findings.
- Manage multiple HEOR projects, associated budgets, and external & internal partners.
- Build robust partnerships with external institutions and individuals as needed.
- Requirements
- An advanced degree (masterβs or doctorate) in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, or health policy is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharma or healthcare sector in relevant fields.
- Expert knowledge of Health Economics, Outcomes Research, and Real-World Evidence is required.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and communication with diverse audiences.
- Nice-to-haves
- PhD or PharmD with a strong focus in Health Economics or related fields is preferred.
