We are seeking for talented and motivated High Ticket Outbound Closers to join our team. As a High Ticket Outbound Close, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients in the real estate. You will collaborate with our Sales Team and play a crucial part in guiding clients through their journey to real estate investment knowledge.
Responsibilities...
Β Contact leads via different portals and channels to schedule product/service demonstrations.
Β Be engaged with leads, conduct introductory calls to assess client needs, and identify the right program offerings for them.
Β Follow up with leads who missed scheduled appointments or canceled, through calls, texts, and emails to reschedule.
Β Utilize and manage lead information within our CRM software.
Β Promote and sell our product/service to potential clients.
Β Work closely with our Sales Team and Sales Manager
Requirements:
Β 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales, demonstrating a track record of successfully closing deals
Β Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Β Proven history of setting appointments effectively, ensuring a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Β Adept at selling over the phone, engaging and persuading customers through verbal communication.
Β Experienced in conducting sales and setting appointments via text, utilizing written communication to advance the sales process.
Β With excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Β Proficient with CRM software, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Β Strong time-management skills, ensuring that sales targets are met consistently.
Β Self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and drive to exceed sales goals.
Β Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Β Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to overcome objections and challenges in the sales process.
Β Experience working in high-ticket sales.
