Role Description The Associate Consultant will be a part of the Command Center team at GEHC. This role will be responsible for helping with product configuration, training and activation of software and consulting services at hospital sites. β’ Accountable for the quality of own work. β’ Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. β’ Executes within a well-defined operations framework. β’ Generally follows a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks to achieve an end result. β’ This is a remote position open across the continental US. β’ Requires weekly travel to customer sites Monday-Thursday. Qualifications β’ Bachelor's Degree related to Health Sciences β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Power Point β’ Excellent communication skills, teamwork β’ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills β’ Strong written and oral communication skills β’ Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills β’ Dependable: able to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations. β’ Adaptable: able to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs. β’ Demonstrate an aptitude for critical thinking to include evaluation of ideas and synthesizing information into insights β’ The ability to travel 80% (Monday-Thursday weekly) Requirements β’ Client facing individual responsible for the delivery of consultancy services at a client site(s). β’ Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. β’ May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in a broad area. β’ Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. β’ Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. β’ Resolves issues using established procedures. β’ Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. β’ Collaborates with others to solve issues. β’ For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. β’ Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
