A nationwide Energy Services company is interested in hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support their team in North Carolina. Candidates interested in this position need to live in North Carolina or the Eastern Time Zone.Description
ΓΒ Answer incoming customer telephone calls and log all calls
ΓΒ Work across multiple programs and phone lines and ability to transfer calls
ΓΒ Promote participation in energy efficiency programs that the customer may qualify for
ΓΒ Address and resolve customer inquiries, regarding products, services, billing, etc.
ΓΒ Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of customer service
ΓΒ Address and resolve customer complaints and make recommendations
ΓΒ Make outgoing calls to customers for scheduling appointments, taking surveys, and promoting a program offering to a qualifying customer
ΓΒ Follow-up on customer calls not immediately resolved
ΓΒ Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of customersΓΒ application and rebate checks
ΓΒ Enter all required information into computerized systems to create and maintain the customer database.
ΓΒ Provide inside support to Program Manager, Energy Engineers and Energy Advisors as needed
ΓΒ Communicate with customers via alternative media
ΓΒ Attendance and punctuality
Skills & Qualifications
ΓΒ High School diploma or equivalent
ΓΒ Associates Degree - Preferred
ΓΒ 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
ΓΒ Proficient in English and Spanish - Preferred
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
