ΓΒ Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries
ΓΒ Perform outbound calls with existing customers
ΓΒ Create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately
ΓΒ Review customer account information.
Qualifications
ΓΒ Strong English verbal and written communication skills
ΓΒ Attention to detail and accuracy a must
ΓΒ Excellent email handling skills
ΓΒ Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customers' needs
ΓΒ Must be able to multi-task
ΓΒ Solid sales acumen
ΓΒ Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
ΓΒ Determination to succeed
ΓΒ Personal accountability is a necessity
ΓΒ Contact Center background preferred
