As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers.Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance
ΓΒ Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
ΓΒ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
ΓΒ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
ΓΒ Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall customer experience
Qualifications:
