 Seeking a part-time Project Coordinator for managing project deadlines and scheduling.
 Candidates must reside in an active HUBZone for eligibility.
Requirements:
 Three or more years of experience in project coordination.
 Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
 Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
 Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
 Minimum of one year of experience Microsoft Office suite of applications.
 Strong administrative skills with experience working on large, complex projects and handling proprietary and confidential information.
 Excellent organizational, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
 Effective interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across diverse teams and interact with clients.
 Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
 Strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.
 Strong problem-solving skills, research skills, and attention to detail.
