Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Home Watch subcontractor. The role focuses on performing routine and scheduled property inspections to ensure the safety, security, and maintenance of clients’ properties. Responsibilities include checking for signs of unauthorized access, inspecting for maintenance or safety concerns, documenting any findings, and coordinating with property owners to address issues. Additional duties may include responding to urgent situations and liaising with law enforcement or service providers as needed.
- Qualifications
- Background in Law, Law Enforcement, or Police Work to ensure compliance, legal knowledge, and security expertise
- Strong observational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a remote environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various property locations
- LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) background is preferred
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with homeowners and service providers
