We are committed to providing our students with the highest quality education and support. As a Household Mentor for Teens, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal. You will provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students in a family-like setting, residing on-campus with your partner and being responsible for daily devotions, leading students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and taking students on activities outside of class.
Β *Key Responsibilities**
Β Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like setting
Β Reside on-campus with your partner
Β Drive, administer medication, budget, report, and perform other tasks as needed
Β *Requirements**
Β Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
Β Legally married couples who have been married for at least two years
Β Age 27 or older
Β No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
Β Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Β Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
Β *Benefits**
Β Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)
