Job Description We are seeking a senior-level HR Technology leader with strong HR domain expertise to drive complex, global programs at the intersection of HR, technology, and digital transformation. This role will serve as a strategic program leader and trusted advisor; partnering closely with HR, IT, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions across our HR technology ecosystem. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role requiring strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority in a highly matrixed, global environment. The ideal candidate combines HR functional fluency with enterprise program leadership and the agility to move seamlessly between strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities β€’ Lead enterprise-scale HR technology programs ensuring alignment to business priorities, risk mitigation, and value realization β€’ Act as a senior program leader for HR digital transformation initiatives, including roadmap development, sequencing, dependency management, and executive communications β€’ Partner closely with HR, IT and external vendors to coordinate delivery across complex, interdependent workstreams β€’ Provide strategic oversight of Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives, with specific focus on Time & Labor and Absence Management (experience preferred) β€’ Proactively surface risks, issues, and trade-offs, offering clear recommendations and solution paths β€’ Translate business and HR needs into clear program plans, milestones, and success measures β€’ Operate as a connector and integrator, ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment across regions and functions β€’ Bring a continuous-improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery models, governance, and ways of working β€’ Support future team growth and capability building as the function evolves To Be Successful In This Role You Will β€’ Have proven experience in senior-level program or portfolio management, ideally within HR Technology, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Systems β€’ Possess solid working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM β€’ Have demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed environment, influencing outcomes without formal authority β€’ Possess exceptional ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change β€’ Have a solid executive presence with the confidence to challenge, influence, and advise senior leaders β€’ Be highly analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to quickly assess issues and drive pragmatic outcomes β€’ Have excellent communication skills; able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights β€’ Be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and detailed execution Preferred Experience β€’ Have prior experience supporting large-scale HR transformations or cloud migrations β€’ Have background working with external implementation partners or system integrators β€’ Have familiarity with HR operating models, shared services, or global governance structures This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of converting to a full-time permanent position at Akamai Apply tot his job
