Overview
We are a growing HubSpot-focused consulting firm seeking a full-time **HubSpot CRM & Automation Specialist** to support client implementations, optimization projects, and ongoing system management.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on building, optimizing, and maintaining HubSpot portals across marketing and sales.
You will work directly with leadership to implement improvements identified in client audits and Health Checks.
- Responsibilities
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows (marketing & sales)
- Manage lifecycle stage structure and automation logic
- Configure lead routing, assignment, and task automation
- Clean and normalize CRM data
- Improve reporting dashboards and pipeline visibility
- Implement process improvements across client accounts
- Support system documentation and governance
- Collaborate on RevOps strategy execution
- Juggling multiple clients, projects and communications
- Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience building and troubleshooting workflows
- Strong understanding of lifecycle stages and lead management
- Experience with CRM data cleanup and property management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (if W-2)
- Preferred
- HubSpot certifications
- RevOps or sales process knowledge
- Experience working with agencies or consulting firms
- Familiarity with CRM data governance tools
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience
Full-time position with opportunity to grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
