HR Assistant with Recruitment & Retention Expereince We're looking for a strategic HR Assistant with Recruitment & Retention Experience who's passionate about connecting great people with meaningful work. You'll play a dual role in finding top talent for our growing team while developing programs that keep our employees engaged and thriving. This isn't just about posting jobs and conducting interviews – you'll be building relationships, solving talent challenges, and creating experiences that make a real difference in people's careers. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition β€’ Develop creative recruiting strategies across multiple channels and social media platforms β€’ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and craft compelling job postings β€’ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referral programs, and other creative methods β€’ Conduct engaging phone and video interviews that showcase our culture β€’ Manage our ATS and maintain a strong candidate pipeline β€’ Represent us at career fairs and industry events β€’ Track recruiting metrics and optimize our hiring process Employee Retention & Engagement β€’ Design and implement retention programs that address real employee needs β€’ Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to gather actionable insights β€’ Analyze turnover data to identify trends and develop targeted solutions β€’ Create onboarding experiences that set new hires up for long-term success β€’ Plan team-building activities and recognition programs β€’ Collaborate with managers to address retention challenges proactively β€’ Measure employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and feedback Human Resources β€’ Communicate with hiring directors, new employees, and other Managers frequently to keep abreast of hiring and other important information. β€’ Review and implement Agency procedures/practices/policies and adhere to agency and program standards, including those applicable through CARF, IEPD, school systems, HIPPA, NC MH/DD/SAS, Division of Health Service Regulation, and Medicaid as well as any other applicable oversight. sources.
