Caseload Information:
รย Part Time | 10+ hours a week
รย K-12th Grade students
Job Details:
รย Develop behavioral plans to support students with behavioral challenges.
รย Assist students during crises, such as family issues, trauma, or mental health emergencies.
รย Working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and progress.
รย Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
รย Providing support and guidance to teachers and staff on strategies to enhance communication skills in the classroom.
รย Staying informed about current research and best practices in the field of orientation mobility.
Requirements:
รย Completion of a Masterรยs program in School Social Work from an accredited school.
รย PA State licensure to practice as a social worker.
รย 310 License in PA is a must-have.
รย Active membership in the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
รย Experience preferred working with children in a school setting.
รย Previous experience assisting students with behavioral issues.
