JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Office of Veterans Programs at Penn State University Park seeks to hire students proficient in STAT 200, CHEM 110, 111, 112, ACCT 211, ECON 102, 104, 106, or MATH through 140 or 141 to serve as tutors for our student veteran population. To apply for a tutoring position, the applicant must have achieved an A in the course they are applying to tutor OR must demonstrate evidence of having sufficient knowledge and skills to assist students enrolled in these courses. Student veteran is highly preferred. Positions start at $11.50/hr for undergraduate tutors and $14.50/hr for graduate tutors.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
