About the position
- Responsibilities
- Identify Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify sales opportunities in the IT and software development sectors.
- Engage Potential Clients: Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, effectively communicating technical challenges and solutions.
- Prepare Proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs: Lead the creation and submission of detailed proposals that accurately address client needs.
- Manage Projects: Oversee all stages of the sales and software project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Hire Contractors and Team Members: Identify, interview, and hire qualified contractors and team members for project execution.
- Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology, focusing on software development, IT sales, or project management.
- Proven experience in software development, including familiarity with programming languages and software lifecycle processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and technical communication abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
