Beyond Finance is dedicated to helping everyday Americans escape crippling debt through individualized care and ethical practices. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing sales team, where the role involves assessing customers' financial situations, educating them on financial solutions, and managing sales transactions while ensuring compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
- Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
- Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
- Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards
Skills
- Self-motivated and highly driven
- Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Sees challenges as opportunities
- Sees objections as buying questions
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
