Compensation: 5% of net profits generated (no base salary)

Pacific Lead Group is a fast-growing performance marketing company specializing in high-volume media buying and pay-per-call lead generation.
We operate at an elite level. This is not a learning role, not a side hustle, and not a traditional “job.”
We are looking for disciplined media buyers who think clearly, execute fast, and care about winning.
- Responsibilities
- Launch 50–150 video ads daily (creatives provided)
- Monitor campaigns continuously throughout the day
- Pause underperformers and scale winners proactively, not reactively
- Accurately track and mark video performance in our internal dashboard
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the team
- Work independently while keeping leadership informed
- Requirements
- MUST be available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- MUST have a stable internet connection — no exceptions
- MUST be responsive on Slack and internal communication tools
- Solid understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) media buying fundamentals
- Strong critical thinking skills — problem solvers only
- Extreme attention to detail and discipline
- Self-motivated, competitive, and execution-focused
- Not looking for a “job” — looking for performance-based upside
- Compensation
- This is a 100% performance-based role.
- 5% of net profits you generate
- No base salary, no hourly pay, no guarantees
To set expectations clearly:
Based on current volume, 5% of profits typically equals $2,000 – $4,000 +++ per month, depending on performance.
Top performers can exceed this as volume scales.
